What is a short let?
A short let is a privately owned property which is available to rent for a minimum of one night for up to 6 months (subject to local authority restrictions for minimum rental term) and a serviced apartment is within a larger building offering similar types of accommodation, generally including a range of services such as a porter or maid service.
Many companies use short term accommodation as opposed to a hotel as a short stay apartment provides you with the freedom and privacy of a home without having to limit yourself to expensive hotel rates and conditions.
Short term accommodation prices currently range from £250 per week with serviced apartments from as little as £100 per night, thus making the properties available for approximately 30 - 40% less than equivalent hotel accommodation, inclusive of all utilities except telephone charges.
