Management

In today's specialised market, corporate tenants enjoy generous budgets but in return expect high quality. Kitchens and bathrooms - sensitive areas - must be functional, stylish and of good quality. Décor should be in neutral/pastel tones. Wood floors are much in fashion. Furnishing (if appropriate) should be smart and comfortable.
We know what tenants seek and can advise on all aspects from re-decoration or change of furniture, to full refurbishment and engage contractors to execute the works on your behalf. This will enable Landlords to capitalise on your investment.
A dedicated team have been trained to deal with every aspect of property maintenance from a leaking tap to replacement central heating boiler. They are fully conversant with legal requirements relating to the installation and maintenance of electrical and gas appliances (including the annual certification for central heating boilers) together with legislation governing furnishings. In addition, periodic inspections are carried out and if necessary a report made.

Accounts
Our dedicated accounts department is fully computerised and our multi-lingual staff well qualified. If so instructed, we collect and account for rent as directed. In addition, we can direct you with your UK tax position in accordance with the Inland Revenue's schemes applying to both UK resident Landlords and non-resident Landlords.
